Operations Officer

Nordrux Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Officer to join our team. As an Operations Officer, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Delegate work to office support staff
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
