Operations Officer

We are seeking an experienced Operations Officer to join our team at Nordrux Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are implemented correctly and efficiently.
- Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth operation of the organization.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software.
