Operations Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Officer to join our team at Forest Hills Immigration. As an Operations Officer, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and office management
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Occasional travel may be required
- English is the primary language of communication
