Customer Experience Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Experience Associate to join our team. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the ongoing improvement of our branch customer experience.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, responding to their needs and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Assist with responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints, escalating issues as necessary.
- Identify customer needs and determine solutions to customer problems, opening new accounts and products as necessary.
- Support the achievement of business objectives by contributing to the development and implementation of business plans and strategies.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Bank policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, financial transactions, and risk management.
Requirements
- High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
- Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field is an asset.
