About the Role

The IT Project Manager at Trader Corporation is responsible for the successful delivery of various IT projects. This individual is accountable for the overall execution, management, and quality control of multiple complex IT projects, ensuring client and key stakeholder satisfaction, meeting and reporting on all timeline milestones.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan and coordinate technology projects to support the delivery of business objectives and organizational goals.
  2. Develop and manage the implementation of multiple project plans, recommend action items, establish timelines, identify risks, and recommend mitigation plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  3. Manage internal and external project stakeholders through active communication and updates throughout the project duration.
  4. Oversee project closure and transition to the appropriate team(s).
RequirementsEducation and Experience
  • University degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • 2-4 years of IT project management experience.
Technical Skills
  • Strong technical knowledge.
  • Effective time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and quality control.
Soft Skills and Competencies
  • Project management - ability to manage projects with multiple tracks, ensure clear action plans, and drive processes with numerous interdependencies.
