Food and Beverage Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Office Manager to join our culinary team at Fairmont Chateau Whistler. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our kitchen department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective workforce planning strategies to meet the needs of our culinary department.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of culinary staff.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and other administrative tasks related to the culinary department.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols and regulations.
- Coordinate the procurement and inventory of uniforms, stationery, and other supplies.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in a similar role, with experience in culinary operations and team management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of payroll administration and benefits management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Post-secondary education in Hospitality Management or a related field.
