About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Oodle Noodle. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and optimize our restaurant's budget to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement menu changes that drive sales and profitability.
  • Staff Management: Lead and motivate our team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of our inventory to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to drive repeat business and positive reviews.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
