About the Role

Pax Immigration Consultant Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
    • Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Office Management
    • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
    • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure the security and safety of our office and clients.
    • Comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
