- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Organized and reliable, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Windows, MS Word, and electronic mail.
