Lead Clinical Expert at Lighthouse Autism Center

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director to join our team at Lighthouse Autism Center in Waterloo, IA. As a Clinical Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective service delivery, a positive working environment, and ongoing training of our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee general building needs and client progress
  • Coordinate outside visitations and assessments
  • Supervise Program Managers and Junior Program Managers

Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in the ABA field, working with a variety of ages
