Clinical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our team at Lighthouse Autism Center, LLC. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall clinical operations of our center, ensuring that our services are delivered with the highest level of quality and compassion.
About the Role- Oversee the general building needs, client progress, and coordination of outside visitations/assessments
- Supervise Program Managers and Junior Program Managers
- Ensure effective service delivery, a positive working environment, and ongoing training of those you oversee
- Opportunities to earn Teaching CEUs during monthly training topics
- Ongoing training provided in-house by our network of internal & external professionals
- Flexible schedules, work from home days, and covered liability insurance

- Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience in the ABA field, working with a variety of ages
