Clinical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director to oversee our clinical services in Waterloo, IA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring effective service delivery, a positive working environment, and ongoing training of our staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee general building needs and client progress
- Coordinate outside visitations and assessments
- Supervise Program Managers and Junior Program Managers
- Opportunities to earn Teaching CEUs during monthly training topics
- Ongoing training provided in-house by our network of internal and external professionals
- Flexible schedules and work-from-home days
- Covered liability insurance and comprehensive benefits package
- Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in the ABA field, working with a variety of ages
- 2-3 years of management/supervision experience
