- Experience: Five (5) years' experience in payroll, with a strong background in Shared Services and HRIS.
- Education: College diploma or advanced studies in a related field, such as business administration or human resources.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of payroll systems (Ceridian Dayforce an asset), and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Language: Excellent communication skills in English and French, with the ability to communicate in Spanish an asset.
