Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst who will offer expert guidance to our team based on established compliance protocols and manage the oversight of all compliance documentation. Reporting to the Senior Contracts & Compliance Director, the Regulatory Compliance Analyst will be responsible for updating and reviewing contract and compliance documentation for staff use, ensuring precision and adherence to standards. Key Responsibilities:
The Regulatory Compliance Analyst will be tasked with providing essential guidance to staff regarding compliance processes and will oversee the management of compliance documentation. Under the supervision of the Senior Contracts & Compliance Director, this role involves the continual updating and reviewing of documentation related to contracts and compliance for staff utilization. If you are driven by efficiency and enjoy working in a bustling environment, this position is an excellent match for your skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in compliance is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong presentation skills for both internal and external audiences.
- Proficient in Excel and all Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent and proactive communication skills (written, verbal, and in-person).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and community stakeholders.
