We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residence Dining Manager to join our team at Dana Hospitality. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our dining units, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus and recipes in collaboration with our Chef Manager
  • Lead and train a team of employees to ensure they are equipped to provide outstanding service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Monitor and control costs, including inventory management and supply ordering
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures
  • Schedule and coordinate employee shifts and work assignments to meet business needs
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in food service management
  • ServeSafe and/or FoodSafe certification
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
