Dining Room Operations Manager

Mandarin Erin Mills is seeking a skilled Dining Room Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining room. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and experience in the food service industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient service.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service.
A strong asset for this role is prior experience in the food service industry. Mandarin Erin Mills offers a permanent position with 35 to 44 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
