Dining Room Supervisor

Mandarin Erin Mills is seeking a skilled Dining Room Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining room. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and managing staff to achieve high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Cash Handling and Inventory Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms. Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
- Customer Service and Relations: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide exceptional customer service, and negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Staff Management: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and manage staff to achieve high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset. Permanent position with 35 to 44 hours per week.
- Language: English.
