Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at 1202663 BC Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Regional Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
- Organizational Objectives: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 1 to 2 people and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve organizational goals.
Security and SafetyThis role requires a high level of security clearance and bondability.
Work Environment and RequirementsYou will be working in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills. You must be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesThis role requires a 40-hour workweek with regular working hours.
