Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Promotional Materials

Design and create engaging promotional materials, such as brochures, reports, and newsletters, to showcase our business services and products.

Market Business Services

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth.

Write and Edit Press Releases, Newsletter, and Communications Materials

Craft compelling press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials to promote our business and services to the media and our target audience.

Act as Spokesperson for an Organization

Represent GG Ice Centre Ltd. in a professional and positive manner, responding to media inquiries and providing expert insights on industry trends and developments.

Assist in the Preparation of Brochures, Reports, Newsletters, and Other Materials

Support the development of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters, to help drive business growth and revenue.

Initiate and Maintain Contact with the Media

Establish and maintain relationships with key media contacts, pitching stories and securing media coverage to promote our business and services.

Supervise a Team

Lead and manage a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed in their roles.

Work in a Fast-Paced Environment

Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, responding to changing priorities and deadlines, and adapting to new challenges and opportunities.

Work Under Pressure

Work effectively under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities, and meeting deadlines in a timely and efficient manner.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in a business development or sales and marketing role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue.

Work Hours

30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed to meet business objectives.
