About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at LVY TRANSPORT. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, including managing office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the management team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
