The Role

As an Auto Insurance Specialist, your role will involve advising both new and existing clients on the best strategies to safeguard their assets through automobile insurance. You will cultivate relationships and present solutions utilizing a broad array of insurance products while meeting performance objectives. Continuous learning and professional development opportunities will be available to help you maintain your licensing and pursue your career aspirations.

  • Level 1 Insurance License to be acquired within 90 days

Daily Responsibilities -

  • Establish connections with clients, colleagues, and automobile dealership representatives
  • Innovatively present a variety of ICBC and private insurance options
  • Handle a range of auto insurance transactions including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, and debt payments
  • Promote and cross-sell additional insurance products from other departments
  • Perform administrative tasks such as answering calls and managing inventory

Compensation Overview –

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $40,000.00 and $46,000.00, influenced by factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, location, and the specific business line of the role. HUB International offers a comprehensive benefits package that may include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid time off, and potential bonuses and commissions for select positions.
