Key Responsibilities

As the Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting our culture of work, learning, and growth for both customers and associates. Your primary responsibility will be to drive business results through effective management of service areas within the store, including cash handling, solutionshop (printing, digital marketing, shipping), and technology services. You will excel in coaching and developing associates to become inspiring partners across all business areas. Your leadership will enhance customer experience and foster loyalty and trust.

Specific Duties Include:

  1. Driving sales growth in the services area, particularly in the solutionshop, cash handling, and technology services.
  2. Overseeing the coordination and execution of services to maximize productivity.
  3. Monitoring merchandise usage within the store.
  4. Leading the team through hiring, onboarding, coaching, and development.
  5. Providing cash support to associates at checkout to ensure a positive customer experience.
  6. Maintaining cleanliness for an optimal customer and associate experience.
  7. Ensuring the safe and proper use of all store equipment.
  8. Inspiring and engaging the team while ensuring effective communication.
  9. Leading and managing operational excellence and store standards for your departments.
  10. Supporting asset protection initiatives and programs.
  11. Prioritizing a clean and safe environment for yourself, your team, and our customers.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Retail or Services Management, or a customer-focused sector.
  2. Completion of high school and post-secondary education is preferred.
  3. Demonstrated success in achieving customer service excellence and sales results.
  4. Comfortable with technology.
  5. A dynamic and inspiring partner to customers and associates.
  6. Curiosity and approachability.
  7. Passion for solutions.

Additional Information

  1. This role requires moderate physical effort and operation of equipment/machinery to meet merchandising standards and enhance customer experience.
  2. Exposure to moderate noise levels from print equipment.
  3. Standing in a stationary position for extended periods may be required while working on various orders.
  4. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
