Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Over-The-Counter Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales and profit goals of our pharmacy department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Patient Confidentiality

Ensure the confidentiality of patient information and adhere to all practices consistent with the Privacy Act.

Maximize Department Sales and Profit

Work with the Pharmacy Manager to maximize department sales and profit, while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Rotate Stock and Check for Expired Products

Rotate stock and check for expired products to ensure that our shelves are always fully stocked and that our customers have access to the products they need.

Zoning the Department

Zone the department to ensure that our customers have a clear and easy shopping experience.

Follow Proper Procedures

Follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, and signing/flagging/pricing/labels to ensure that our customers have accurate and up-to-date information.

Keep the Area Clean and Organized

Keep the area clean and organized, free of fixtures, unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and liquids.

Maintain Zero Pricing Errors

Maintain zero pricing errors, ensuring that our customers receive accurate and reliable pricing information.

Calibrate Equipment

Calibrate equipment used in the prescription filling process to ensure that our customers receive accurate and reliable prescriptions.
