About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team at Earth to Table The Farm as a Landscape Maintenance Specialist. As a key member of our outdoor team, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our gardens and landscapes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tending to Plants and Lawns
    • Tie and secure plants to ensure stability and promote healthy growth
    • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain their shape and appearance
    • Cut grass to maintain a neat and tidy appearance
  • Removing Debris and Waste
    • Rake and collect refuse to keep our gardens and landscapes clean
    • Remove litter and garbage to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Maintaining Equipment
    • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
    • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment to complete tasks efficiently
  • Applying Fertilizers and Other Substances
    • Apply fertilizers to promote healthy plant growth
  • Watering and Tending to Plants
    • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to ensure they receive the necessary care
  • Experience and Qualifications
    • Experience in a related field is an asset

    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

  • Small Engine Equipment
    • Experience with small engine equipment is required

  • Weed Trimmer/Edger
    • Experience with a weed trimmer/edger is an asset
