Position Overview

The Facility Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment by performing essential maintenance tasks.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct adjustments and minor repairs on heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, while coordinating with skilled tradespeople for more extensive repairs.
  • Engage with contractors for the upkeep and repair of the facility.
  • Execute minor repairs on various appliances to maintain functionality.
  • Facilitate property viewings for potential tenants, showcasing available apartments and office spaces.
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including painting and drywall repairs, to uphold the aesthetic and functional quality of the premises.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in a maintenance role.
