Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning of hallways, floors, and stairs
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and other refuse
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Supervise other workers and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a maintenance role
  • Dependability, excellent written communication, flexibility, and reliability
