Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in landscaping or property upkeep.
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in a leadership role managing a team of 4-5 individuals.
  • Ensure effective short-term planning and execution while keeping operations management informed of all decisions.
  • Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or equipment damage promptly.
  • Identify and report defective materials and any unusual circumstances to the Operations Manager.
  • Supervise the implementation of landscape designs and oversee the construction of gardens and outdoor spaces.
  • Adhere to building codes, zoning regulations, fire safety laws, and other applicable ordinances.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on tools and equipment through regular inspections and cleaning.
  • Collaborate with contractors and possess a solid understanding of the construction process.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of relevant codes applicable to the operational area.
  • Utilize appropriate mathematical methods and formulas for effective problem-solving.
  • Exhibit a willingness to learn, show initiative, and make decisions based on sound judgment.
  • Possess the ability to operate a truck and trailer.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks such as climbing, bending, and digging.
  • Comply with all company policies and regulations.
