Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in landscaping or property upkeep.
  • Have at least 1 year of experience managing a team of 4-5 individuals.
  • Accountable for effective daily planning, execution, and keeping operations managers informed of key decisions.
  • Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or damages to equipment.
  • Identify and report defective materials and any unusual occurrences to the Operations Manager.
  • Supervise the implementation of landscape designs and oversee the construction of gardens and outdoor spaces.
  • Adhere to building codes, zoning regulations, fire safety standards, and other relevant ordinances.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on tools and equipment through regular inspections, lubrication, and cleaning.
  • Collaborate with contractors and possess a solid understanding of the construction process.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of local operational codes.
  • Utilize appropriate mathematical methods and formulas for problem-solving.
  • Exhibit a willingness to learn, take initiative, and make informed decisions.
  • Capable of driving a truck and trailer.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, as well as climb, bend, and dig as necessary.
  • Comply with all company policies and regulations.
