About the Role

The Sales Operations Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the Revenue Operations Manager in driving sales success across the Global Sales Team(s). This position will be responsible for ensuring the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and processes to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain sales pipeline accuracy to ensure data integrity and inform sales strategy
  • Assist with sales onboarding and training to ensure new hires are up-to-speed quickly
  • Audit closed-won orders to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes
  • Review CRM data integrity to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with the sales operations team to complete ad-hoc projects and document processes
  • Liaise with business unit leaders and key stakeholders from finance, product management, operations, marketing, and sales to drive sales enablement and process improvement

Requirements:

  • College diploma or bachelor's degree
  • Salesforce administrator credentials (asset)
  • 2-5 years of experience in a sales supporting role
  • Experience with a CRM tool, preferably Salesforce
  • Experience with cleaning and organizing data in Excel
  • Bilingualism (asset)
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Accountability for actions and results, with the ability to work under tight deadlines
  • CRM tool experience and subject matter expertise in traditional sales processes and procedures
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a team player
