About the Role

The Sales Operations Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the Revenue Operations Manager in driving sales success across the Global Sales Team(s). This position will be responsible for ensuring the sales team is set up for success and following an effective sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Sales Pipeline Accuracy and provide insights to improve sales performance
  • Assist with Sales Onboarding & Training, ensuring new hires are equipped to succeed
  • Audit Closed-Won Orders to identify areas for process improvement
  • Review CRM Data Integrity to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with the sales operations team to complete ad-hoc projects and document processes
  • Liaise with Business Unit Leaders and Key Stakeholders from Finance, Product Management, Operations, Marketing, and Sales

Requirements:

  • College Diploma, Bachelor's Degree
  • Salesforce Administrators Credentials (Asset)
  • 2-5 Years in a Sales Supporting Role
  • Experience with a CRM Tool, preferably
  • Experience with cleaning and organizing data in Excel
  • Bilingualism (Asset)
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Accountability for actions and results can work with strict deadlines
  • CRM Tool Experience, Subject matter expertise in Traditional Sales Processes and procedures
  • Excellent at Relationship Building, a Team Player
