Electrophysiology Contract Administrator

Position Overview
This role is situated within the Electrophysiology Division, focusing on enhancing heart disease treatment through innovative medical technologies. The individual in this position will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing customer and contract relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive records of contracts within ModelN and other relevant shared platforms.
- Address inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders regarding contracts and pricing.
- Oversee pricing responsibilities for designated territory managers and districts.
- Prepare and disseminate contracts, amendments, and tenders to clients in accordance with established guidelines.
- Facilitate contract renewals based on input from representatives and necessary approvers.
- Ensure timely entry of contract pricing into the pricing system.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to guarantee contract processing and fulfillment of obligations.
- Assist in training new team members as needed.
- Follow up with sales representatives to confirm acceptance of agreements.
- Manage material setups in MDG/SAP/Model N as required.
- Conduct searches for Request for Proposals (RFPs) and coordinate responses.
- Execute contract management tasks throughout the contract lifecycle, including compliance, amendments, and renewals.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and internal stakeholders.
Monthly Duties
- Calculate monthly CPR billings for customers using AbbottLink or customer LIS data.
- Extend contracts in Model N as necessary.
- Generate evergreen amendments as required.
Quarterly Responsibilities
- Identify contracts for quarterly recognition, ensuring compliance with revenue recognition and accounting standards.
Annual Tasks
- Implement list price adjustments in SAP and notify customers accordingly.
- Update shipping and handling fees in SAP as applicable.
Additional Responsibilities
- Translate and proofread pricing proposals/documents as needed.
- Provide necessary customer communications for review.
- Assist with various projects and perform administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Bilingual in English and French.
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and Model N.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and understanding of financial concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Solid grasp of general contract terms.
