The Opportunity

This position is part of Abbott's Electrophysiology Division, where we're advancing the treatment of heart disease through innovative medical technologies in atrial fibrillation, enabling people to restore their health and live their lives to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain all contract-related files in ModelN and shared folders.
  • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries and requests.
  • Manage pricing for identified territory managers and districts.
  • Prepare and distribute contracts, amendments, and tenders to customers according to established guidelines.
  • Complete contract renewal information and forward to customers based on information received from representatives and approvers.
  • Ensure timely contract pricing updates in the pricing system.
  • Collaborate with the Chicago team on new developments as required.
  • Assist with the training of new hires and follow up with sales representatives for agreement acceptance.
  • Set up materials in MDG/SAP/Model N, as applicable.
  • Search for Request for Proposals and work with the division to compile and review responses.
  • Execute contract management activities throughout the life of contracts, including value adds, contract compliance, and contract term negotiations.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Calculate monthly CPR billings for customers using AbbottLink or customer LIS information.
  • Extend contracts as required in Model N.
  • Generate evergreen amendments as needed.
  • Identify contracts required for quarterly recognition, including calculation of contract values for revenue recognition and disclosure.
  • Implement list price increases into SAP and send notification letters to customers.
  • Update shipping and handling fees in SAP as applicable.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bilingualism (English and French).
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Internet, SAP, and Model N.
  • Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate key actions and summarize conclusions.
  • High level of organizational skills to retrieve information quickly.
