Position Overview:

The Medical Imaging Application Training Consultant plays a vital role in enhancing the proficiency of clinical staff by delivering comprehensive training on our Radiology applications. This position involves traveling to various healthcare facilities to ensure effective implementation and utilization of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct software training sessions for clinical personnel, including physicians, technologists, and administrative staff, ensuring they are well-versed in the functionalities of our applications.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Radiology applications at client sites, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Support clients in resolving software and workflow challenges, enhancing their operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of training materials for in-house courses, contributing to the continuous education of our clients.
  • Maintain and update training documentation to reflect product enhancements and best practices.
  • Serve as a resource for our internal support team, providing expertise on proprietary and third-party products.
  • Participate in application testing during development cycles to ensure product quality and functionality.
  • Demonstrate our products to prospective clients, collaborating with sales representatives as needed.
  • Engage in additional projects as required by the organization.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in providing technical support or training to users in various formats.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems, particularly Windows 10, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and French.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • This role requires significant travel, primarily within North America.
