Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Quesada. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the restaurant's daily operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall restaurant performance.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to create and execute marketing plans, promotions, and events to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English or French, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
Work Environment:

The Restaurant Assistant Manager will work in a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Hours of work will be approximately 32 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
