Job Summary

BioVectra is seeking a highly skilled Automation Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our facility automation systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop automation systems for our facility, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and commissioning reports.
  • Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance personnel on automation systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation technology.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in automation design engineering and project execution.
  • Strong knowledge of PLCs, DCS platforms, and automation systems.
  • Experience with DeltaV system and biotech manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and lead cross-functional teams.
