At BioVectra, we are seeking an experienced Automation Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our facility automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automation systems for our facility, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement automation strategies that improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automation systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for automation systems, including technical specifications and user manuals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation technology, applying this knowledge to improve our systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in automation systems design, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of PLCs, DCS platforms, and automation software.
  • Experience with DeltaV system and other automation platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
