Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Road Maintenance Technician to join our team at Ferrovial. As a key member of our infrastructure maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of our road infrastructure assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on roads, highways, and other infrastructure assets.
  • Operate a variety of equipment, including trucks, excavators, and other heavy machinery.
  • Conduct inspections and assessments of infrastructure assets to identify areas of concern.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the longevity of infrastructure assets.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in infrastructure maintenance or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold. The position will also require the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
