As a Customer Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a customer-focused shopping environment by overseeing and executing efficient front-end operations. You will lead omnichannel initiatives and uphold store recovery standards to fulfill our Brand Promises while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the Store Manager in ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations; ensure the execution of Company policies and standards while holding the team accountable for store conditions and outcomes.
  2. Develop and mentor the team in effective selling techniques.
  3. Oversee the timely delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions, collaborating with the Store Manager to plan workloads effectively.
  4. Meet your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and guide the framing team to achieve their respective KPIs.
  5. Analyze sales and production workloads to create plans and allocate sales floor time for networking opportunities.
  6. Manage inventory processes as assigned and execute shrink and safety programs.
  7. Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) as required.
  8. Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and training of new team members; support Talent Development initiatives and participate in Performance Management activities; leverage leadership competencies for ongoing self-improvement.
  9. Collaborate daily with MODs on framing expectations and team performance.
  10. Engage with colleagues in a respectful and positive manner, even in challenging situations; promote commitment to the organization's vision and values, serving as a role model for others.
  11. Participate in the unloading and stocking processes to ensure adherence to truck standards within budget.
  12. Follow SOPs and Company programs to maintain a safe working environment.
  13. Greet customers, assist in locating products, and provide effective solutions.
  14. Support omnichannel processes as needed.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Skills and Experience

Experience in retail management is preferred.

Physical Requirements

Work Environment:

  1. Ability to stand for extended periods.
  2. Capability to navigate throughout the store.
  3. Regularly bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
  4. Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders or similar equipment.

This role is set in a public retail environment focused on customer service; while most areas are climate-controlled, some stock rooms may not be, and outdoor work may be required for tasks such as retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks. The frame shop includes equipment such as glass cutters and heat presses, and work hours may include evenings, weekends, and early mornings.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $28.50.
