Job Title: Academic Services Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Associate Chairs and program directors, including scheduling, data management, and event planning.
  • Act as a liaison between the Department of Systems Design Engineering and central university services, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Support student wellness initiatives, including monitoring student progress, providing triage services, and referring students to counseling resources.
  • Develop and implement best practices for student-centered services, including academic advising, academic integrity, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to develop communications and promote recruitment, admissions, and academic programs.
  • Provide expert support on special projects and strategic initiatives, contributing to the development of resources and tools to enhance student experience.
Qualifications:
  • University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated administrative experience, preferably in an academic setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other relevant software.
