  • A master's degree in a relevant discipline with 8-10 years of professional experience, ideally within higher education administration, including marketing, recruitment, admissions, internationalization, or community outreach.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, including market demographics, generational traits, and funnel management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in student recruitment and familiarity with key international markets.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities with a proven history of cultivating a positive team environment.
  • Experience in budget oversight, strategic planning, and project execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education from Royal Roads University
  • Proficiency in a language other than English
  • Experience in studying, working, or traveling internationally.
