Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and structure major departments and senior management roles
  • Facilitate collaboration across various sectors within the organization
  • Define and implement organizational objectives and policies
  • Act as the official representative of the organization at various functions
  • Identify and empower middle management and executive personnel
  • Establish financial oversight and administrative controls, endorse initiatives, and manage human resources planning
Community Engagement Initiatives:
  • Assist in the recruitment of newcomers and individuals affected by crises
  • Foster and sustain partnerships with indigenous communities and organizations
  • Enforce hiring practices that advocate for diversity and inclusivity
