About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Chief Executive Officer to join our team at Thiara Construction and Logistics. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
Support for Newcomers and Refugees

Support for Indigenous People

We value our relationships with indigenous communities, businesses, and organizations. As Deputy Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining these relationships.

Support for Visible Minorities

We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment. As Deputy Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for applying hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities.

This is a permanent position with a 30-hour workweek. The work language is English.
