Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

SULTAN CONSTRUCTION LTD is seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to achieve business objectives
  • Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function to provide strategic insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing finance team
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP degree in Finance or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior financial role
  • Proven track record of financial planning and analysis
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
