Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Financial Transactions
    • Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments
    • Verify customer information and ensure accuracy of transactions
    • Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information
  • Product and Service Knowledge
    • Stay up-to-date on TD's products and services, including features and benefits
    • Provide recommendations and solutions to customers based on their needs and preferences
    • Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities to promote products and services
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
    • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
    • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment
Requirements
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Post-secondary education or degree in a related field preferred
  • Experience
    • 1+ years of customer service experience required
    • Experience in a financial services environment preferred
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
