About the Role

As a Financial Advisor, you will be a key player in the Canadian Branch Network, providing exceptional service to clients throughout their journey. Your client-centric approach will enable you to build strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and preferences, and recommending tailored solutions to help them achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a passion for selling financial services and providing clients with expert advice.
  • Offer a comprehensive range of solutions through a planning-focused approach.
  • Understand clients' financial objectives and preferences, analyze their needs, and recommend strategies and solutions to help them achieve their goals.
  • Provide complex financial planning and wealth management solutions.
  • Focus on results-driven outcomes.
  • Demonstrate a high level of engagement.
  • Adopt a collaborative approach in interactions with peers, clients, and partners.
  • Build relationships by delivering exceptional client experiences and growing relationships with existing clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in selling investment and credit products.
  • Experience in sales management and ability to promote Bank Scotia.
  • Ability to build relationships and focus on delivering exceptional client experiences and growing relationships with existing clients.
  • Sales license for mutual funds and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) diploma (or equivalent recognized by the Bank) in progress.
