About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join Banque Scotia as a Financial Services Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on a wide range of financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives;
  • Provide personalized advice and guidance on investment and credit products to help clients achieve their financial goals;
  • Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs;
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and economic conditions to provide clients with informed advice and guidance;
  • Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients;
  • Continuously develop and improve skills and knowledge to stay current with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in sales and customer service;
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer service;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
