The Site Administrator position at the renewable energy facilities plays a vital role in supporting the Plant Manager and other management and technical personnel.

This role is essential for ensuring efficient operations by managing administrative responsibilities such as procurement, budgeting, vendor oversight, and record maintenance.

Assist the Plant Manager with financial controls, budget formulation, vendor coordination, billing resolutions, and report and correspondence preparation.

Act as a member of the local safety committee.


Invoice and Inventory Oversight:
Handle invoice processing, maintain purchase orders, and ensure precise inventory documentation.
General Administrative Duties:
Oversee timesheet management, recordkeeping tasks, and plant accounting responsibilities.
Human Resources Coordination:
Work alongside corporate HR for necessary support.
Site Logistics:
Organize and manage deliveries at the site.

Possess comprehensive knowledge of administrative and secretarial operations.

Exhibit strong analytical skills for planning and executing diverse tasks within established parameters.

Adhere to training and regulatory standards.

Must be willing and able to comply with ENGIE's COVID vaccination and testing policies.

Must be willing and able to adhere to all ENGIE ethics and safety regulations.
