Job Title: Stock Control Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Control Supervisor to join our team at WPLUS/WIRELESS +. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate management of our inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely receipt of inventory and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 employees and provide guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Work Setting: Warehouse or retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail.

  • Accurate: Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
