About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing and Inventory Management Coordinator to join our team at Lex Tec Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and logs, coordinating activities with warehouse and production units, and ensuring the smooth flow of supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Accurate Records
    • Ensure all work records and logs are up-to-date and accurate
  • Coordinate Activities
    • Work closely with warehouse and production units to ensure efficient operations
  • Manage Inventory
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
    • Maintain accurate inventory levels and track orders
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Establish and Maintain Relationships
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in import and export procedures
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent oral communication skills
    • Reliability and strong work ethic
