Job Title: Administrative Assistant

GTA Home Developer Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Coordination: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all team members are informed and up-to-date.
  • Supervision: Direct and control daily operations, supervising other workers and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Planning: Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring that our office is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Recruitment: Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing contracts.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Office, Google Drive.
  • Security Clearance: Basic security clearance.
  • Transportation: Own transportation.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large workload. They will be required to work under pressure, with attention to detail and a strong ability to multitask.
